General
- CanvasDeluxe accepts the following file formats: JPG or TIF. Customers are responsible for the quality of the images submitted.
- Image upload times depend upon the speed of the customer’s Internet service.
- Price quotes are automatically generated during specification selection after uploading.
- Orders are processed according to specifications submitted by the customer and are handled on a first come, first served basis. Rush orders will incur an extra charge.
- CanvasDeluxe refuses to process explicit or pornographic prints and reserves the right to decline producing any order at any time for any reason.
Shipping and Delivery
- CanvasDeluxe delivers to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, using the highest standards in packing and shipping.
- Shipping charges are based on destination, size and total weight of the package.
- Prints will generally be received 5–7 days after ordering.
- Delivery may be delayed by size/quantity of the order, equipment malfunction, weather, acts of God or other factors.
- If not received within 14 days, contact our customer service department at customerservice@canvasdeluxe.com or by phone 866-799-9508 for order status.
Refunds and Replacement
- Customer satisfaction is guaranteed by CanvasDeluxe’s commitment to delivering the finest possible product. Occasionally, it may be necessary to replace or refund an order damaged during processing or in transit.
- Notify CanvasDeluxe immediately (no later than 24 hours after accepting delivery) about any damage. The damaged order must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued. a digital photo of the damaged order must be e-mailed to damage@canvasdeluxe.com.
- CanvasDeluxe will not be responsible for damage not reported within the 24-hour time frame or for damage caused by the customer or a third party.
- Conditions that are not acceptable reasons for replacement or refund include but is not limited to differences in color tones or hues than expected, damage that occur due to mishandling (smudging or scratches), direct exposure to sunlight, heat and moisture, sizing discrepancies due to the 1”-2" allowance we require or late deliveries. Please handle your prints carefully. We cannot replace a print that is damaged from mishandling after you receive it.
Liability
- CanvasDeluxe is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by negligence (intentional or unintentional) by its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents, employees or licensors. Once the customer places an order, he/she assumes all liability and responsibility for any injuries or damages after the order has been delivered to its destination.
- CanvasDeluxe assumes no liability for lost, misplaced or misdelivered orders.
CanvasDeluxe reserves the right to modify these Policies at any time.
